أنا الموقع أدناه __________________________________ بصفتي الوكيل المفوض عن شركة ------------------، أصرح بأني وكلت وأنبت كلاً من --------------------------------------------------------------- و ----------------------------السعوديي الجنسية مجتمعين ومنفردين في إقامة الدعاوى والمرافعة والمدافعة والمخاصمة لدى جميع المحاكم الشرعية وديوان المظالم والهيئات واللجان القضائية على اختلاف تسمياتها وأنواعها ودرجاتها وتقديم العرائض والأجوبة والبيّنات وسماع الشهود والطعن بهم وطلب تحليف اليمين ورده ومراجعة جميع الدوائر الحكومية والشرعية والرسمية وأقسام الشرطة والحقوق المدنية ولهم حق الإقرار والإنكار والصلح والإسقاط والتحكيم والاستلام والتسليم وقبول الأحكام والقرارات والطعن بها استئنافاً وتمييزاً أو التظلم منها أو الاعتراض عليها وطلب تنفيذ الأحكام وطلب الحجز وفكه وتقديم الطلبات ورفع الشكاوى والتظلمات وفي البيع والشراء والإفراغ لدى كتاب العدل والمحاكم الشرعية واستلام الصكوك والأحكام والمستندات والشهادات والتوقيع على كل ما يلزمني التوقيع عليه لدى الجهات المذكورة أعلاه ولهم حق توكيل الغير بمثل أو بعض ما وكلوا به وعزلهم وكالة خاصة فيما ذكر.

General Power of Attorney

Of Saudi Nationality, jointly and severally, to file lawsuits, pleadings and defenses and litigation before all Shari’ah courts, the Board of Grievances, Judicial Tribunals and Committees of various denominations, types and degrees; to submit petitions, replies, evidences; to hear witnesses and challenge same; to request the administration of oath and the rejection thereof; to approach all government, Shari’ah and official departments as well as police and civil rights sections. They shall have the right to make admission and denials; to compromise and waiver; to seek arbitration, to receive and hand over; to accept judgements and decisions and challenge same by appeal, causation, lodging a grievance or objection against same; to request the enforcement of judgements, levying and lifting of attachments; to submit applications; to file complaints and grievances; and to sell and purchase and make conveyances before notaries public and Shari’ah courts; to receive deeds, judgements, documents and certificates and to sign on all that is necessary for me to sign before the above mentioned authorities. He shall have the right to delegate to others all or some of what they have been authorized to do and to dismiss them. This is a special a power of attorney with regard to what has been stated.
